In this workshop you will learn from the Broth Queen herself the ins and outs about how to make a gelatinous, delicious broth very easily and simply, and how to incorporate it in your and your family’s daily diet. Being a veteran in this field and Sydney’s first fresh bone broth supplier, I have perfected the art of making a bone broth (or stock) over the past decade in my renowned no-nonsense, practical approach. Bone broth was very instrumental in my journey to recovery and vitality after many years on a standard western diet followed by a vegetarian diet. And while there is no one panacea – because health is very much multifactoral – bone broth is unquestionably an age-old elixir of health and is one of what I call my foundational foods. Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned campaigner, this workshop caters for everyone and feedback from clients is that they learnt more than they ever thought possible.
